FS1 - The Tiger Who Came to Tea

In FS1, our favourite book this term is ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea.’ We have been very busy writing and drawing pictures about the story. We are beginning to be able to talk about the differences between writing and drawing and about the pictures we have drawn.

Year 6 - Meserani Project

Following on from a very successful fundraising event at Christmas by the Year 6 Knitting Club, they are busy preparing for Easter by knitting Easter chicks and teddies to sell.  We hope to add to the amazing amount of money we have already raised for the Meserani Project, which helps provide education for children in Tanzania.  Thank you for all of your support!

Year 6 - Angles

In Year 6 this week, we have been developing our skills at using a protractor to measure angles.  One class worked in teams to complete a very challenging angles puzzle which required team work, cooperation, accurate use of a protractor and a lot of determination.  David, Megan, Alfie and Josh were the first to complete the challenge!!
